Opening an account
You can order the products shown on our webshop by opening an account. This is done by clicking the "Sign in" ikon and choosing "Create account".

Fill out the form with you personal details and create a password that you can remember. Hereafter you are ready to order. Ordering is easy. Just enter the amount of products that you want to order in the box next to the relevant size.

When ready to check out please go to the check out page and enter your credit card information.

When you visit Rosemunde.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Prices
All prices on our webshop includes Danish VAT which is 25%. If you live outside the European Union the VAT will be removed during the payment process. Please note that your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

When you have created an account we will save all the information related to it. You have access to all this information for as long as your account is active. This means that you can see all previous orders etc.  

Payment
We accept the following creditcards:  VISA, Eurocard, Mastercard, VISA Electron, Maestro, JCB and Diners Club. For other payment methods please contact us at info@rosemunde.com

When a credit card is used for a payment at our webshop you are protected against abuse of your credit card information. The credit card information is entered in a secure environment and the data is being encrypted (SSL - Secure Socket Layer). It's only the Danish company PBS (Cooperation between Danish Banks) that can access and read the entered data. The amount will not be withdrawn from your account until the package has been sent, and there can never be withdrawn a higher amount than you have accepted in the order.

Shipping
Rosemunde.com gladly accepts orders from all around the globe.

All orders are shipped through Pan Nordic Logistics.

This means that if you for some reason should not be home when your package arrives you will be able to pick it up yourself at the nearest post office. Shipping costs amounts to 25 € which will be added to your order during the payment process. Shipping costs will also appear on your invoice.

Provided that all your products are on stock we will ship your order within 2 days after you have received your order confirmation. Should your order for some reason be delayed we will inform you by email.

Return policy and warranty
All of Rosemundes products are of very high quality and therefore we offer you a 30 days money back guarantee. This means that if you are not satisfied with our products you can return them within 30 days from receipt and we will refund your money - except for the shipping costs.

If you want to return your products they should be in the same condition as when you received them. You are welcome to try them on but we will not be able to refund your money if you use the products in a way which reduces the sales value.

If you receive a package which differs from your original order we will of course refund all your shipping costs related to returning the package and receiving the proper order.

When returning products to us we will refund your money by returning the amount to the account or credit card originally used to purchase the order. Before we do so we will of course need to make sure that the product is in proper condition.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Rosemunde gives a one year warranty for all our products. This means that you can return products which have faults and imperfections within one year from date of purchase provided that these are not caused by improper use of the product. When discovering faults or imperfections claims should be brought to us without any unnecessary delay. We will refund reasonable shipping costs related to returning the product.

By using this website you accept that all use is at your own risk.

Disputes
Any dispute that involves Rosemunde will be cleared according to Danish laws and regulations and a Danish court will be used, unless the Danish law prescribes it differently.
