Return policy and warranty HEADING_TITLE
All of Rosemundes products are of very high quality and therefore we offer you a 30 days money back guarantee. This means that if you are not satisfied with our products you can return them within 30 days from receipt and we will refund your money - except for the shipping costs.

If you want to return your products they should be in the same condition as when you received them. You are welcome to try them on but we will not be able to refund your money if you use the products in a way which reduces the sales value.

If you receive a package which differs from your original order we will of course refund all your shipping costs related to returning the package and receiving the proper order.

When returning products to us we will refund your money by returning the amount to the account or credit card originally used to purchase the order. Before we do so we will of course need to make sure that the product is in proper condition.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Rosemunde gives a one year warranty for all our products. This means that you can return products which have faults and imperfections within one year from date of purchase provided that these are not caused by improper use of the product. When discovering faults or imperfections claims should be brought to us without any unnecessary delay. We will refund reasonable shipping costs related to returning the product.

When returning an order or a product you must enclose a copy of the invoice. Also you should clearly note on the invoice what is wrong with the order/product or what you want us to do.
