In order for you to be able to shop at Rosemundes webshop you must create an account first. When doing so you must provide us with the following personal information: Name, address, phone number, date of birth and email adress.
This infomation is registered with Rosemunde and saved for 5 years or for as long as you are a customer at our webshop. The sole purpose of this registration is to be able to deliver your orders to you.
When collecting personal information through our website we make sure that we have your conscent in order for you to know excactly what kind of information we collect and for which purpose.
We also register information about alternative shipping adresses so that we can ship orders to these if you so wish.
Every employee at Rosemunde has access to your personal information. We do not encrypt personal information but we keep it on computers which are password protected. The information will not be passed on to a third party.
We now and then forward newsletters by mail to customers who have specificly requested this service. Customers can be removed from our newsletter mailing lists at any time by answering one of our newsletter mails and demanding to be removed from the mailing list. |
